Jefferson Condos

MGLM Architects designed this mixed-use building for a vacant lot located near major public transportation nodes on the outskirts of the city.  As part of the neighborhood regeneration, this building incorporates retail and commercial spaces on the ground floor and residences ranging from economy studios to three bedroom condos on the floors above.  The development is scaled down for the pedestrian through three separate facades that reflect the multiple styles of Chicago vernacular architecture.
