The owner of this home first hired another architect to generate ideas for updating the existing kitchen, enlarging the cramped dining room, the addition of a sun room, as well as a possible addition of two new bedrooms and a laundry room.  Dissatisfied with the initial plans, the owner turned to MGLM Architects for advice and a new design.  Working together, MGLM Architects created a plan that the client felt was "perfect for entertaining and exactly what we wanted".  The second phase addition of the bedrooms is currently in the planning stages.
