The owners of this William Le Baron Jenney designed building requested space planning services for both existing and new tenants, ranging from attorneys' offices to industrial designers. Build-out costs and construction schedules were of utmost importance due to the nature of the lease agreements, especially in a market saturated with vacant commercial space. MGLM Architects sought cost-effective, creative methods to reclaim existing building materials and finishes, exceeding the expectations of both owner and tenants.
